Can you believe January is over…  31 days in the new year gone.

Several questions to ask yourself…

What have you done to make a difference in the life of a person or community?

Have you fallen off your goals yet?

Are you feeling insecure, disappointed, inadequate because you haven’t done what you have set out to do this year?

Chin up folks, yes, 31 days have gone by…(actually 35 days if we count today)… no sweat the good news is: we still have 330 days left!!!  Yep to me that is outstanding.

Now if you have fallen off the wagon just step back on…Here are three tips in helping you achieve your goals –

  • Get a friend who can help keep you accountable.
  • Make up and Acronym or Three Words which sum up your goals
  • Stick up your goals around your office, your home, even in your car on your dashboard.

Make a new sacrifice a month; suggestions:

  • Give up the TV — Pick up a book, Get up and exercise for 30 minutes
  • Give up the world of mobility for a couple of days — Visit with people who you have been wanting to reconnect one on one
  • Give up coffee — Switch to Hot Green Tea, there is caffeine in Tea — I prefer decaf tea — Refresh your body with something beneficial
  • Give up the internet — Spend time with someone special (significant other, child, friend) or quiet time alone

Okay, I know your thinking NO WAY… but just try it I bet in 3 days you’ll feel refreshed and energized!
